Food – the missing link?
I think I can speak for many people when I say that “seminar” food generally is not only boring but not very good for you (read healthy) either. The menu that is being presented to the R and F BootcAMP weekend has been carefully designed to combat both of those issues. Maximizing not only your energy but your mental focus are just two of the areas that we are looking to improve with this menu. Take a look and let me know your thoughts:
WEEKEND beverages
cucumber – mint infused spring water
citrus-lemongrass spring water
fresh coffee, tea and cream
FRIDAY supper:
tuscan vegetable-white-bean stew; reggiano, pancetta and plum tomato
[optional framani sausage crumble]
whole wheat pasta aioli style; garlic-toasted panko
biscotti
SATURDAY :
breakfast:
greek yogurt, house-made granola, fresh fruit, citrus-honey parfait
organic baked goods
lunch:
organic baby field greens; warm chevre, roasted tomatoes, hazelnuts, crouton
carved turkey/havarti w/sweet onion aioli OR smoked ham/mozzarella w/basil aioli
terra chips
cookies
snacktime:
almond butter and strawberry jam sammies & honeycrisp apples
SUNDAY:
breakfast:
cage-free brown eggs
warm whole wheat bagels and whipped cream cheese
fruit smoothie shooters with flax meal
lunch:
pita with hummous, baba ganoush, , falafel
greek salad with fresh feta, kalamata olives, cucumber
broiled free-range air-chilled chicken breast and tzatziki
snacktime:
baked cinnamon apples, crispy wonton and Madagascar vanilla infused yogurt quenelle
